Program Enrollment Refunds

You have two weeks from your enrollment date to experience the program materials and decide if it meets your needs. During this time, you can request a full refund if you've accessed less than 25% of the course content.
We track content access automatically through our learning platform, so you'll always know where you stand.

- Partial refunds may be considered between days 15-30 based on individual circumstances
- No refunds are available after 30 days from enrollment date
- Live workshop attendance counts as full content access for that module

Funds Return
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but typically funds appear within 7-10 business days after we initiate the refund.
The entire process usually takes 2-3 weeks from request to seeing funds in your account. We know that's not instant, but it reflects the reality of how banking systems work in Australia.
Special Circumstances

What's Not Eligible

- Completed programs where certificates have been issued
- Programs where you've attended all live sessions or workshops
- Access issues caused by shared login credentials
- Changes in personal circumstances not related to program quality
- Failure to access content due to forgotten passwords or login details
- Dissatisfaction with program outcomes after completing all materials
If you've used the program resources substantially, invested time in the content, and participated in live elements, we consider that value delivered. At that point, refunds don't really make sense for either party.
Payment Method Details
Different payment methods have different refund timelines. Here's what to expect based on how you paid.
Credit Card Payments
Refunds to credit cards typically appear within 7-10 business days after processing. Your card issuer controls the final timing, so you might see it sooner or occasionally a few days later.
PayPal Transactions
PayPal refunds usually show up within 3-5 business days. These tend to be faster than bank transfers in our experience.
Bank Transfers
Direct bank transfers can take 10-14 business days depending on your financial institution. Australian domestic transfers are generally quicker than international ones.
Important Note on Payment Plans
If you enrolled using a payment plan, refunds are calculated based on payments already made minus content accessed. Any remaining scheduled payments are cancelled upon approved refund request.
Program Transfer Options
Sometimes a refund isn't what you actually need. Maybe the timing's wrong or you'd prefer a different program focus.
We offer program transfers within 60 days of enrollment. You can move to a different valqerionexu program scheduled for late 2025 or 2026 without losing your investment. The value difference (if any) is either refunded or requires additional payment.
